1. Introduction and Acceptance

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Providing a false date of birth is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is permitted under applicable local law.
• You must not already hold another active account with 96bd. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working mobile number registered to you.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 96bd will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.

Identity Verification (KYC)

All accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals can be processed. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a proof of address document, and a copy of the payment method (e.g. bKash or Nagad account screenshot). Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Suspicious Account Activity

96bd employs automated fraud-detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Any of the following may trigger an account review or immediate suspension:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Standard Wagering Requirement

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) of 25x the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be requested. For example, a ৳2,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus creates a ৳100,000 wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

96bd takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once (bonus stacking).
• Placing offsetting bets that exploit the bonus structure without accepting genuine betting risk.
• Using bonus funds to systematically bet on outcomes with near-zero house edge to guarantee withdrawal eligibility.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of 96bd's gaming environment depends on all players adhering to principles of fair and responsible play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms: cheating, hacking, or attempting to interfere with the random number generation (RNG) systems underpinning any game; using any software, algorithm, or device to gain an unfair advantage; impersonating another player or 96bd staff member; and engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.

In cases of suspected prohibited conduct, 96bd reserves the right to void all associated bets, withhold funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account. Law enforcement authorities may be notified where activity suggests criminal conduct.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

96bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players. You acknowledge that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a means of generating income. As part of your agreement to these Terms, you accept the following obligations:

12. Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

96bd's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 96bd regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.
